Can not focus

I am wondering if anyone has problems with keeping focused on any one thing, organization, concentration. I have had such severe anxiety, wondering if these issues is part of the anxiety?

I have the same problem. I have always wondered if it was part of my anxiety or if it were something else all together. I'm depressed so maybe that has something to do with it. My lack of focus and organization has really messed up my life.

it has really messed up my life also. I have been like this for last few years. since my anxiety started getting as bad as it ever has in Sept, I started wondering if these attention problems could be related.
