It is supposed to be quite good for relaxation, I'm unsure how long the effects last though...

In the height of my anxiety/depression it did nothing for me although it was relaxing. I felt good for a while after but there were no lasting effects unfortunally.

This is not to say that it does not work - it just didn't work for me.
