Anyone with OCD know if it can be treated and managed without medications?

I have obsessive compulsive disorder aswell as GAD My way to try stop my OCD is wene something's giving u the urge and making u feel uncomfortable fight it say fuck it ill leave it who cares and another thing introduce yourself to new things and go near dirt and un align things round the house :)

Well mine is less about dirt and more about me harming loved ones, odd numbers, and stuff. So I'm looking for ideas to help lessen the fear and weird feelings and dread I get when the thoughts of me harming someone start to take over.
