Pain in ribs?

Trying to convince myself its because of my anxiety but not sure. Its on the right side at the top of my ribs. Anyone got the same thing?

I get pains in my ribs and back a lot. It's from all the tension our body endures. My muscles are constantly tight.

That sounds like a muscle that's been pulled because you're holding yourself so tightly.
