Hello, everyone. I've had anxiety since elementary school but went undiagnosed until sophomore year of high school. I'm a college sophomore now but still struggle to overcome daily anxieties. I joined to see if others' experiences could help! Happy holidays.

Welcome:) I have anxiety too. Are you taking any meds for it?
