hi to everyone! ive suffered from anxiety and depersonalization disorder for about four years now, which was triggered from a lot of heavy drug use in my late teens and early twenties. as much as i wish i could go back and do things differently, i cant. my life now revolves around dealing with these problems and trying to get better, and i hope chatting on this forum help and ill be abe to help others. much love.. tbbisn!
