Severe Health Anxiety

I am going insane right now. My mind is going and going. I have been around so many people the last few days and I am terrified they are contaminated. UGH I hate feeling this way. I am obsessing about it and I can't stop.... :(

At the moment I'm going insane from this tingling on the side of my face. My mind goes crazy over what it could be. You're not alone. Think of it this way. If everyone that went in to groups of people got sick, then everyone would stay sick.

I think every sensation in my body means there is something wrong, or maybe worse it will kill me. And in my mind, everyone is always sick unfortunately. I hate this bs. thank you for the reply, I appreciate it
