Anyone deal with nervous gagging!!!??? Like when a panic attack is coming on??

I call it choking, rather than gagging, but I think we're experiencing the same or similar thing.

Yea it's quite a sucky feeling. And it's all in my mind.... Why is it that our mind can take over whenever it wants

It's a sucky feeling... Why do we let our minds take over whenever they want!! I wish I knew how to stop it

With me, it's that I have experienced a lot of personal trauma that seems like it's out of control, and that physical harm is going to happen to me. Right now, all I can manage to do is sleep, mostly.
