weird skipping breaths when laying down

hi, recently every night ive been in bed then about 5 or so mins later i have these weird sensations like i kinda skip breaths and feels like ive stopped breathing but when i sit up it goes. its really strange starting to really annoy me i just want to sleep.

It sounds like heartburn to me. Could it be that or acid reflux? That usually improves upon sitting up.

I agree with Sunnie. Try putting an extra pillow under your head when you lay down and see if that helps.

hi, thanks for your input of got some good tablets left over from the doctor when i was getting bad heartburn few months ago ill give that a try tonight and see if it helps.
