Feel like im not here

Anyone else feel like there not really here like I know I am but it feels unreal my vision is blurry it feels really weird I also feel like I haven't slept in forever :( anyone else feel this or something like it? Feel like I'm not aware of my surroundings :(

Story of my life love!, like even if you shouted on the top off your voice no one will here you! And you just feel out of place and never feel quite right wherever you go :/

I also get these really weird head sensations, they are hard to describe it feels like I'm lightheaded in small bursts - a bit like my brain is shaking?? It makes my stomach drop with panic then off goes an attack!!
