when i get very anxious i can begin to feel numbness in my hands head and feet which can last for hours i can barely move my hands and feet when it happens its scary as hell also my face ears hands and feet go red i also get tons of diarrhea also my blood pressure can be high even tho i take pills for that but before when i had high blood pressure and i took the pill it came back to normal now when im realy stressed it is slightly elevated also my anxiety isint relieved by any damn pill from benzodiazepines to opiates which were prescribed by doctor for excruciating headaches and the stomach cramps are unbearable as well and he didnt find anything wrong with me with all the tests we have done so i guess my anxiety is realy that powerful that im not sedated by medication am i the only one? thanks for reading
