It´s so hard!

Hello everyone:

My name is Daniel, I am 44 y/o, a resident of Chicago. I have been dealing with anxiety for most of my life. After my service in the military I noticed that the condition worsened. I am receiving therapy from an excellent doctor. Nonetheless, for me everything is a struggle. Even tightening my shoes makes me anxious! Yes, in my case it is that difficult. I am scared most of the time, but I manage myself not to show it. Well, I am one of those.

Welcome, Daniel. I'm glad to hear that you have a good therapist. That is often a big stumbling block for us. I am also in therapy and group therapy, which helps me a lot. I always seem to be on edge, too. You are definitely not alone in this. I hope that you find this forum helpful.
