Chesr disconfort on left side

Lately, for the last few or so I have been experiencing chest discomfort on and off on the left side. It feel like its trapped gas or something, which is why I constantly burp. Does anyone else experience this?

Yes i do, has been happening to me for the last week or so. Also the pain sometimes goes in2 my jaw and i start thinking more serious things are happening to me ie heart attack and its always on the left side, sometimes i also get sharp pains in my left wrist and elbow?!? Not sure what thats all about but it does freak me out. Expecially when i havent been feeling anxious.
