Help!

Can anybody help please?

I am suffering really bad with anxiety/depression! I have been prescribed 10mg of citalopram and I'm absolutely petrified to take it!

I was supposed to be going out tonight but my fiancé said we arnt going anywhere till I had taken my tablet. I am now ready for bed because I couldn't bring myself to take it!

Can I please have some positive stories!!

I'm desperate! I'm on edge everyday x

I take Celexa (brand name for citalopram) and it does wonders for me. What are you scared of?

I am the same way with meds. I wish I could bring myself to take them, I might be better by now. I am sure I wont be much help on this post just wanted to let you know your not alone.

I'm scared of not being in control or fainting or dying, doesn't help that I'm exhausted through lack of sleep!
I'm also petrified of the side affects!!

I'm so upset and down, just feel like im annoying everyone, partner/family etc etc!
I don't know what to do!!
