Do any of you, ever feel like you are afraid to go to sleep.. like that you wont wake up i go threw this everynight i get no sleep, because i cant go to sleep till im absolutly dead tired to were i fall asleep where im at, or sitting. was just wondering if anybody else feels this way and know anything to help and i take my meds like im supposed to they seem to not be working i have these panic attacks all day with a half our in between, starting with heart palputations, then thinking whats wrong with me, and this huggggge, fear that anytime im going to die, thanks again for anybody who resonds im open to anything to try just wanna feel normal again :/
