Feeling alone

I really hate being in a room full of people that love me and still feeling completely alone. I wish I could snap out of it and enjoy what many people don't have...a wonderful family.

I am going through the same right now, especially with the holidays I'm trying so hard to be present and enjoy all I'm so grateful for but I all I do is sit there and worry and can barely focus on any conversation. It's debilitating and uncontrollable. I pray you find peace also!
