Dizziness

Hello. Been suffering with anxiety for a few years. Its been getting worse however. Ive been feeling dizzy everyday. Everything is constantly spinning and i can hardly do anything. Its like this all the time. Anyone else have this? If so any ideas on how to reduce it? Thanks.

When the dizziness gets severe I take a benzo(Klonopin) and it helps. Perhaps you should try it if you haven't already. Be wary of benzo dependence, take only smalll doses.

TrueViking, although taking meds such as Klonopin can help with the anxieties and the dizzyness, meds by themselves aren't a cure-all. That's why I'd recommend going into therapy after getting on meds that works for you.

I feel good as long as I don't have the physical symptoms.

What causes me to be dizzy all the time? Docs havent bothered explaining the physical or physiological reasons behind it and its quite scary. Also would therapy actually help with physical symptoms? Im in the dark about the whole thing.....
