Anyone know of any websites that I can keep a journal and have feedback and support from other anxiety/depression suffers?

I started on in the beginning of November in a spiral notebook and I write down what I did and how anxious I was throughout it. At the end of the day I write a number 1-10 1 being very low anxiety and 10 being really bad. You should try it.
