Hi I'm Crayden. I rerally don't know what to say to be honest. suffered depression since my late teens (late 30's now) amd anxiety in more recent years has caught up wiith and overshadowed my depression a times. I don't have insurance so can see a doc or take meds. I use some OTC stuff to help me get by as best I can. Depression is mu biggest issue. I shouldn't be here I guess. Lost a good job I had 5 years ago and life was never the same. Every day is a struggle. I don't thonk anxiety forus is where I need to be but idk. little day to day things, usually centered around money, my future, and my current economoic/social state feed my anxiety depression on a daily basis. I signed uo here to try and get something out o someone I guess. I've just been losing this battle more and more. I'm just tired. so sick of fighting this. Thanks.

I'd consider finding a Nurse Practioner(or Advanced Practice Nurse) who has has rxing authority(which many have for non controlled meds) and get a trial of generic zoloft, celexa or prozac written. This should be able to be done very cheaply for both the rx and the appt.. These three ssri's are dirt cheap in generic. I think this would have the most bang for the buck seeing that a pdoc or psychologist is so much more. Just a thought. Alankay.
