Chronic muscle tension/tightness

I have been experiencing muscle tight/tension on the left side of my chest. It feels like tensing it up but I'm unaware of it. My pectoralis minor muscle always spasms and is a lol sore. It just freaks me out!

Oh yeah I have acid reflux that causes constant belching.
