Can anyone provide me with some good books to read for anxiety? I'm looking for something to read about retraining the way I approach anxiety. Or does anyone know of a good novel just to read for fun? :)

Marsha Lineham pioneered Dialectical Behavior Therapy, which has worked wonders for me. She's got a few books out.

I read a book by Dr Weekes...Pass Through Panic. It helped me for awhile. There was also a cd version that I listened to that helped. You might give those a try. :)

I don't any self help books, but just for fun try Christopher Moore, I have all his novels and laugh hysterically at all of them.

I am currently working my way through "The Relaxation & stress Reduction Workbook" by Martha Davis, Elizabeth Robbins Eshelman, and Matthew McKay. So far its not to bad... but I am always looking for new ideas!
