Friday my doctor suggested tiny amounts of alcohol to settle my nervous system.

It seems like I am more agitated and have more anxiety after two days of a few sips during the day.

Anyone else had this

yea, it can affect you after cause alcohol makes your brain use up more of the happy chemicals in your brain so you can become nervous after a drinking session. Even before I was struck with my second episode of major anxiety I would get really shaky and nervous the day after drinking if I'd had a big night on the booze.
