Inderal 10 mg Beta Blocker

Hello Has anyone tried Inderal 10 mg its a Beta blocker I am hesitant to take it ?

I take it every day. 10mg for non work days and 20 for work days. It helps block the effects of adrenaline and at 10mg will have no side effects(well very unlikely). Very helpful for Social Anxiety(tremor, racing heart, shaking) but you may need to bump up the dose but maybe not. Alankay

I Take two tablets Daily, When i wake up and before going to sleep Shall i increase it to three daily ? Like one more in the afternoon ?

Only if 20 mgs is not helping enough. Are you taking this for social anxiety like racing heart or tremor? Alankay
