Hey all, I'm Jimmy B from the UK. I'm 25 and looking back I've suffered with anxiety probably most of my life. At 20/21 I was pretty much self cured. The past year has put me at rock bottom as I have suffered Depression and Anxiety which has resulted in my feeling pretty spaced out.
