I know it is cheesy but there has to be some light at the end of the tunnel!! We are all struggling one way or another's some good days bad days and hopefully more great days to come.I just want and hope that everyone gets some relief if not complete relief from whatever may be causing their aniexty stress depression etc . I still am counting my days on my meds and ugh I wish it was simple as taking something for a simple headache but it is not which suckssssssssss!!!!!!! I also found a counselor only had one session it was hard what I unloaded. I know you all can relate in one way or another. Thanks for all your support every word of encouragement helps it seems to make the road alittle less bumpy.
