Share Your Anxiety Induced Poetry?

I'm new here so I don't know if this type of post would be inappropriate or not but poetry can sometimes be therapeutic. I'm sure it doesn't hurt to share it in a forum such as this knowing other people will understand the feelings behind it.

I would love to hear others poetry if you would like to share it? Here's one of mine.....

Alone

Sorrow fills my soul.
The chill of solitude,
Has settled in my bones.

I live within a dark, dank dungeon,
Of my own creation, my own being.
Even still, I thrive as I slowly die.
Who would purposefully choose,
Such an existence?

To be....isolated.
Filled with...terror.
Then again...peaceful.
Safe in....habit.

Stomach cramps, acid reflux - I just don't wanna eat

Derealisation has me feeling like i float in outer-space
You knock me down so many times it's making me so MAD!
Doctor, doctor help me PLEASE coz I got fucking GAD!

Just when I think i'm good to go you throw a another fit

Heart is racing, feet are pacing - my head's about to blow
Palpitations, strange sensations I think I'm gonna throw...
Intrusive thoughts, tunnel vision are just the start of it...

Mom, dad, im no longer the boy you're used to seeing.
I've changed a lot plus i've grown to hate every human being.
My mood swigs have now turned my dreams into gruesome scenes.
Now im doing things i dont normally do,
And illusions seem to be the only pleasures i can gain,
Heck if i was sane,
I would've put down the mic and said "fuck it" i'll never rise to fame.

I dig it..especially the part about hating human beings. The older I get, the less I want to leave my damn house to have to deal with people.
