Anxiety remedies

Just a question for everyone... Has anybody ever tried acupuncture for anxiety? I have been thinking about trying it. I am already on medication and do not want the dr. To increase my dose or change my medication because my anxiety and panic attacks are back. Ugh.

I've never had it for anxiety, but I went for accupuncture to quit smoking and it worked 100%.

I have tried it but unfortunately it didn't help me :(

I have however been doing kinesiology for 6 months and it's worked for me. It's not for everyone but it seems to help me.

I am at the point that I will give it a shot. Have heard someone else mention that. Thanks for the suggestion.
