First off sorry if this posts twice, my phone is being weird and I'm not meaning to spam...
But anyway long story short...ever since I was little I've had extreme OCD that gets progressively worse with each passing year and the anxiety and compulsions gets so bad it hugely interferes with my daily life--even worse because I try my best to keep it hidden when I'm around people. One major problem is that I'm desperate for any relief, preferably through medication, because NOTHING else helps for more than a few minutes if at all, but my doctor keeps brushing it off because I also have epilepsy (100% controlled before anyone starts freaking out from uneducated stereotypes), and apparently the majority of anti-anxiety drugs are the same as anti-epileptic drugs--Ativan, diazepam, etc--does anyone know of anything else that works?? I hate living like this especially because no one else can possibly understand and am so desperate for relief...
