Hi everyone.
Just found this forum and reading some posts and learning that I am not alone has made me feel a little better. Most of my anxiety relates to work and Sunday nights are especially hard on me. I have been to a psych and I am two weeks into lexapro but haven't felt any relief yet, possibly more depressed. I also have an rx for lorazepam but I am so worried about getting addicted that I try to limit my use of that.

Sounds like me. You're in good company here. I'm new myself and I'm so glad I found this app, it's like a 24 hour support group.

Welcome, Aimra! Glad you found us! My wife also has the Sunday night blues. I'm glad you're seeing a psych. and are on meds. Both can be wonderful helps. I think you'll find that you are never alone here. I hope you find the answers that you seek.
