I needed them too. I get so overwhelmed so easily, I have to force myself to slow down and remember that things won't always be bad.

MillieH, you are not the only one who gets overwhelmed easy. I used to be the same way. But just because you get overwhelmed easily now doesn't mean that will always be the case.
