Light brown patches on chest

Hello I've been suffering from health anxiety for maybe a year now, ever since I had my first asthma attack, now I panic over everything. For about four months I have had light brown patches in between my breasts. Sometimes they go redder in colour especially the outline. They are situated where my boobs probably rub together and I do tend to sweat a lot around that area but I'm particularly anxious tonight and am worrying it's something bad. Any help or advice would be great thanks xc

I have some of those in the same area.I had my doc check it out, she told me it was normal and nothing to worry about.

It sounds like tinea versicolor - approximately 1 in 5 people have it.
It is harmless and normal (don't want to feed any hypochondria) and it is also easily treated.
Step 1. Go to the chemist and buy some Selsun Gold anti dandruff treatment.
Step 2. Slather it all over spotty/afflicted areas and leave it on for 10-20 minutes.
Step 3. Wash it off (because it smells pretty rank!!)
Step 4. Repeat every day and the spots will disappear.
