Am I alone??

Driving home from work today and started to think my heart was going to explode and ended up sitting out the from of the emergency room thinking I was having a heart attack!!! How do I get over these thoughts??

I'm not old enough to have drive but I do have those thoughts of what if my heart explode... So you're not alone and it's impossible for that to happen so try to laugh about it!
