I take a beta blocker, they slow the heart rate down, help slow the amount of adrenalin being released. Also lower blood pressure. Thats what i know. It helped me alot. I now am also on sertraline (zoloft) also, since a bad event happened with me.

Yep, they help block the somatic(body symptoms) of anxiety, rapid heart beat, shaking, tremor, blushing, etc. They don't do anything for the psychic(fear/dread) part. Great for social anxiety and performance anxiety. Alankay

I was on Zoloft that much it sent me nuts man
