20mg Viibryd. Can i bump up?

I've been taking 20mg Viibryd for a month now and I'd say I only feel slightly better. About 20%. Can I bump up? I've read on here that some people bump up to 40mg, which I guess is the normal dose?

Any thoughts would be great.
