Panic attack

I've been looking for ward to this day for weeks and now I'm having a panic attach and it's ruined. I feel like I'm going to get sick. What the hell is wrong with me. I took two gerax 30 mins ago but they don't seem to be working. Will I take 2. More. They are 250 mgs???? Please help I feel like I'm losing it

.25 mg is the smallest dose so do get the OK to go ahead and it really should help. Alprazolam is pretty potent. Alankay

How come mine say 250mgs is that the same as 0.25????

Yes. 250 micrograms=.25 milligrams. I don't think you'll need much more than a total of .5 mg or 500 micrograms to get relief. I would be surprised if you need more than .75= 1 gram. Usually .5 to .75 mg will help tones but we are all different so there will be some variation. Rest assured this med will give relief from anxiety so give it time to work and only take the lowest dose needed, This goes for all benzos IHMO.Alankay.
