Can your anxiety become worse if your scared of the meds you are taking? It seems mine has become worse instead of better but I will only be on my 10th pill tonight ?? Just been scared lately ugh!!

My doctor initially put me on celexa which made my anxiety worse and gave me significant night terrors. He has since switched me over to Viibryd. My nightmares are gone but now I only sleep for 5 hours. I hope this helps and that you find peace in your journey.
