Anxiety on Thanksgiving

Does anyone else get anxiety when visiting their in laws and in laws friends? It is so bad right now I can barely enjoy my food.

I do but all before i get there, even the nite before, gets bad & driving to visit is way hard! Once im there after a little while then im ok. Its crazy.

I usually get it worse when we go to the in-laws. This year I was at my parents house and all the commotion was making me a little anxious but it wasn't too bad.

Oh yes! Every year. The members of my family and in-laws do not get along.
