My pupils are always dialated for some reason I have generalised anxiety disorder I'm 18 male am new to it I'm on sertraline 50 mg and diazepam 2

It's normal:) have GAD to and I am also 18. It seems like the symptoms we have wouldn't really bother someone without anxiety but since we have anxiety all our sy,proms seem abnormal or scarier than they should.

if your anxiety is really bad, then it makes sense to have dilated pupils... (you're in fight-or-flight mode and hyper-aware).... mine also get dilated if my anxiety is acute or if I'm having a panic attack
