Anxiety depression spiral

I feel like right now I'm spiraling down to feeling depressed. I had a really crappy day yesterday and I feel like I couldn't do anything right. I'm feeling bummed that I was so off my game. I wants my full self. People were also not sympathetic to me at all.

Work was awful. I think my boss wants to fire me. She is listening to all the bullshit around her. It's not true and I'm going to tell her that tomorrow.
