What next

I have been going around and around on a round about. And I want off....
I know I need help, so I go to my doctor, my doctor tells me to go to the psych, the psych tells me to go to the hospital the hospital tell me to go to my doctor. I have anxiety/panic attacks and I scratch hurt and cut and I don't feel any of it. I don't know what I can do to show them or tell them I need more help.

Sounds like both your doctor and your psych are not doing their jobs. Especially your psych.

Go find another one of each and stick your finger up to your current ones.

I agree. Go find a new doctor. They are not helping you in any shape form or way.

Sounds like my doctor ! He won't help me either ! It's ridiculous
