Freaking out about thanksgiving!!

I don't know why but I'm freaking out..I feel so nervous about going to see my family.. I don't know if its that I have a lot going on ex: my long time bf and father of my children doesn't currently live with us that's why I'm going to see family and not doing my own thing my oldest daughters father w won't let her come so I won't see her for 2 days.. I'm wicked paranoid that something is gonna happen help

Funny how these supposedly happy & sociable occasions are more often than not a bloody nightmare for everyone.
It can all be so pretentious.
