I am freaking out. My throat feels really weird, it's kind of hard to swallow and now I am scared my throat will close up and I will stop breathig. Did this ever happen to anyone before. I am very very frightened to go to sleep and I feel like I should go to the we

It could be anxiety. I remember one time I was convinced my to gue was swelling. Maybe stay up for a half hour longer to convince yourself that you're throat isn't swelling and then go to sleep. Most allergic reactions will occur within an hour.
