It doesn't matter how hard I try my depression just won't let up. I am constantly feeling alone, I think I have finally lost the only friend I had left, my life sucks and I just see no way out. I just wish I had someone who actually cared about me more then just caring for me because I'm family, it seems that everyone who cares HAS to... Anyone wanna just talk to me....

Hi there, I'm sorry you feel so terrible :(. I know how you feel, when you are dealing with anxiety and depression, most people often feel very alone. Friends and family who don't understand may distance themselves because they aren't sure how to help and you probably want to be alone because you get the feeling they don't know how to help and are acting differently. The MOST important thing to remember is that how you feel is not going to last forever. Everything is temporary and I promise it will get better. Are you seeing a therapist or taking and meds currently ? Either way here are some important things to try to remember that help me :
Try to to not be too hard on yourself, remember that nothing is permanent including how you feel right now, take baby steps and don't try to take on too much at once, anytime you accomplish something during the day (i mean anything)write it down and when you look at the list you have every day it can help to build your self esteem( it is so easy to forget about all of the positive things you have accomplished when you are depressed ), think about an activity you used to enjoy and try your hardest to get involved with it again in any way ( I used to love dancing and after I got sick I didn't have the energy but even doing really basic dance and watching dance and movies about it cheers me up) , and of course...watch funny movies haha.
I know that I don't know you or what your situation is like but I just wanted to share some stuff that helps me. Also you may want to get this book which has helped me lot along with CBT and medication, its called 'feeling good' by dr. David burns. I've been feeling very lonely lately too, which is why I just got this app! I'm a very anxious person and tend to distance myself from other to prevent them from seeing how dysfunctional I really am.
