I do all the time in some weird way makes me feel a little better

It makes me feel better too... Until I get that stupid unpleasant feeling again!!!

Ya it's really messed up.. Sometimes I make myself gag to help with the anxiety... Sometimes the anxiety makes me gag feel ,dizzy and shaky , my legs feel like jello, sweating, fast heartbeat it flat out sucksssss
