Do you ever feel so cloudy that you cant think and you feel confused and you feel like your thoughts are far away and its hard to think of the future?

I usually have that daily, its very annoying. I just want to live a normal life. I wake up every morning with neck pain sends me into panic for the day. Some days the foggy feeling is there all day. Just know how u feel.

I have felt that. It's a common symptom of depression. For me, physical exercise helps the best to resolve this symptom.
