Lexapro day 5

So it's day 5 took 5 mg in the morning felt no side effects then took another 5 mg this afternoon & it knocked me for a sixer.. Gave me a head rush bit of anxiety but only lasted an hour but am feeling ok now so positive thoughts for me:)
