Someone mentioned to me about diabetes because of the symptoms I get so I looked the symptoms of diabetes up which I know I shouldn't have really done, but I've got all of them :( and now I'm really worrying :(

Don't stress too much over it at this point, you will make your anxiety harder to cope with.
Try and relax and maybe organise an appointment with your doctor to go over your symptoms and work up from there. (:

Thank you. I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow anyway to see how I have been getting on with my tablets so I will mention it tomorrow! I just know how the rest of my day is going to go now though :(
