Does anybody else have OCD? And with what sort is things?

I think I have an OCD, I think about my breathing all the time! I'm so anxious every day all day. I have a very tight chest today. I don't know for certain if it's an OCD? What OCD so u suffer with? X

I'm always thinking about breathing, but I get it with things like everything has to be even, with even numbers, things have to be straight, sometimes I have to touch things twice, I have it with quite a lot of things and if I don't do it, I get really angry and agitated and have to do it. I probably sound like a right weirdo lol.

Not at all, do you take anything for your OCD? I have been given Zoloft but I'm scared to take it :-( x

I'm not very techy. I'm not sure if I am even replying right. Between this and FB I'm so confused. Yeah I never knew that it was going to affect me so bad. My mom was 81 but she was my rock. I miss her so much. My biggest fear is loosing my dad. He is 84 but he is in good health and odd enough good spirits. He lives with my sister out of state. I need to get myself better so that I can be ready for when its his turn to go. I be been so depressed. I feel that I'm abandoning my husband and my kids. I feel like I'm not myself anymore. I am planning to try CBT.
