Ok so I took half a 10 mg at 8 o'clock this morning.. So far so good, feeling a little light headed and tired but that's about it... I really hope I can stick to it this time.. I really want to get better

So far so good, slight headache but nothing I can't fight through. I figure I gotta give it time and each day should be better!

How is it going Maggie?
Today is day 2 just took my tablet it kind of slows me down a bit & I struggle to get as much cleaning done as I like, which annoys me cos I'm a bit of a cleaning freak.. Other than that been doing ok, slept well except had the weirdest dreams which seemed so real

Sounds like you are going really well Maggie, good news :)
I've had vivid weird dreams also. Last night the neighbour and I swapped babies in my dream and then decided we wanted to swap them back...weird!
Before Lexapro and Zoloft I never remembered my dreams.
I read somewhere ppl with low seretonin in their brains don't remember their dreams....I've not fact checked that one, so don't quote me ;)

2) Accept
3) Float
2) Let time pass
She is an Australian doctor who successfully treated herself and then her patients.
It is available for $10 on ebay

I recently bought that book but haven't read too much. At first I was having trouble understanding it as she uses a lot of medical terms. What's your take on it? I need to keep reading!

Her style of writing is a bit old fashioned, it's an old book. She has passed away so there won't be any new editions. I did skip some parts. I found her style of writing such a comfort, she is very soothing. Makes it all seem very do-able.
I've used her 4 steps and I found them helpful. She explains them in detail in the book. I highly recommend it.

I also love "Living with it" by Bev Aisbett.
It is an easy read -
