I can't even remember the last time I was happy, I don't exactly feel sad, I just never feel happy anymore because
Of my anxiety. I've begun to wonder what it feels like to be happy.

i feel that sometimes i try too hard to be happy and ask myself why i can't feel it and i feel guilty. i just end up listening to music or something. i don't think happiness is worth worrying about
